課程概述

基礎法學的範圍廣泛，通常包括法理學、法律史、法社會學、法律經濟分析等，新近更包括各種廣泛的law and …等研究領域。然而，目前台灣大學部法律系的基法課程相當不足，即使是考進法律系碩士班基法組的研究生，往往也有基本訓練不足之處。有鑑於此，基法組開設「基礎法學的理論與方法：理論群組」以及「基礎法學的理論與方法：法律與社會群組」，各兩學分的兩門課程，期使修課同學對於基礎法學有完整深入的認識與掌握。本學期開設的「理論群組」課程，主要包括英美法理學、德語法理學、女性主義法學、批判種族理論、法律動員等領域。
本課程也非常歡迎法研所其他組的同學以及其他研究所同學來修習，沒有任何其他條件。
 

課程目標
 1. 讓同學擁有各個基礎法學重要領域的基本知識。未來不論寫哪一方向的論文，其基本知識不會偏廢。
2. 「基本知識」包括：各領域的基本概念、觀念、理論、方法、文獻、資料、主要爭議問題、傳統與新興研究領域等。一個基本的評量方式預訂讓同學能掌握約200個左右的關鍵字（概念），以及運用這些概念的分析與論述方法。
3. 經由本課程的修習，可較清楚地選擇哪些領域來深入研究與撰寫論文。
4. 訓練寫作學術論文的基本能力。 
課程要求
 1.參與討論、報告，不缺席。
2.各單元筆試。
3.撰寫指定文獻心得。
